The Woman Within collects the least it can. This page says exactly what that is, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Your email address — so you can sign in and receive our newsletters.
• Your name, if you give it — so our emails are not addressed to a stranger.
• Your WhatsApp number, only if you choose to give it — so we can include you in community groups. It is optional and nothing depends on it.
• Whether our emails reached you, so we can stop sending to addresses that bounce.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or pass them to anyone outside The Woman Within. We do not track you across other websites.

Leaving

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops the emails immediately. To have your details deleted altogether, email hello@thewomanwithin.me and we will remove you and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored with our hosting providers and are accessible only to the small number of people who run The Woman Within.
